Winter


Winter has snow,
Winter has frost,
And everyone's trying to keep warm at all costs.

Winter has robins,
Winter has snails,
And during winter we see ice in the pails.

Winter is bare,
Winter is cold,
And so winter makes people really feel old.





I wrote this at school in 1968
